You can add your tournament details to this website so everyone can see them and optionally store a copy of your PDF Flyer here too. You will be provided with a direct link to your online flyer and, if you like, you can use our secure mailing system to send it by e-mail. You can e-mail it immediately or later, to all darts players and associations who have opted to receive tournament news.

You can do all this here with only a few clicks. The idea is to make it as easy as possible for you to spread the news about your tournament. If you have any suggestions or questions just give me a call: Keith. 305 609 8506 or contact me by e-mail.

Obviously we can only send your Flyer to players who have signed up here. Please encourage your players to sign-up. It's free and it's secure. E-mail addresses are NEVER shown on this site and ALL communication is sent through our secure mailing system.

Make PDF Flyers (Free Download)

Most associations use PDF Flyers to advertise and promote their tournements. ADO always ask for one too.

You can make PDF flyers with Adobe Acrobat but you have to pay for it. You can also make them with Open Office which is free. But open office is a big program which is designed to completely replace Microsoft Office.

A very easy way to make PDF Flyers is to install GO2PDF Virtual Printer. It is Freeware, thus completely free forever. It is quick to download (only 261 KB) and easy to install. Just run the file. After installing GO2PDF you can make your flyer in your favorite program. To save as PDF all you do is click "Print" then choose the "GO2PDF Virtual Printer" option. Instead of printing it will convert your flyer to PDF and save it. Free Download.

I use GO2PDF Virtual Printer to make my own PDF files even though I also have Open Office installed. This is because GO2PDF will also make PDF files from Web Pages. I Generally make my Flyer as a web page first. Then I put it on-line. Then I go to the web page with my browser. Lastly I click the print button and save the web page as a PDF file.
